Mr. McGraw oversees NWA's EarthCares program, a company-wide effort to minimize the company's impact on the environment by reducing greenhouse gases, conserving natural resources, and eliminating waste. Mr. McGraw is also responsible for all environmental partnerships, including NWA's $1 million land conservation and carbon offset partnership with the Nature Conservancy.

David Hunter is the Director, US Policy for the International Emissions Trading Association, an organization created to help establish a functional international framework for trading greenhouse gas emissions reductions. Prior to joining IETA, Hunter spent nearly 9 years on Capitol Hill, where he was the principal energy, environment, and climate change advisor to two United States Senators and a Senate committee. He was previously Executive Editor of the Journal of Environment and Development and worked in the White House Office on Environmental Policy as a Department of Energy Global Change Fellow. He holds a bachelor's from Cornell University and a Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego.
Milo Sjardin

New Carbon Finance
Milo is currently Head of New Carbon Finance North America, and has been a leading expert on carbon market analysis and price forecasting over the past four years. In his current capacity he is responsible for research and analysis into the emerging North American carbon markets including the development of dedicated carbon price forecasting models. He works with major financial and energy sector organisations to help them understand the implications of the climate change legislation in North America. Milo was one of the founding members of New Carbon Finance and prior to his current role he led the development of NCF's quantitative analysis of the European and global Kyoto carbon markets and was the main architect of NCF’s EU ETS and Kyoto models, based out of London. Milo has an undergraduate degree in Physics and a Masters in Energy and Resources from Utrecht University and Imperial College London.

Mr. Harju is the Associate Director for Research, Energy and Environmental Research Center, University of North Dakota. He oversees the Plains CO2 Reduction (PCOR) Partnership, a collaborative effort of public and private sector stakeholders working toward a better understanding of the technical and economic feasibility of capturing and storing anthropogenic CO2 emissions from stationary sources in the central interior of North America. His responsibilities at EERC also include developing and administering environmental programs involving water management and contamination cleanup and building industry–government–academic teams to carry out research, development, demonstration, and commercialization of environmental products and technologies.

Mr. Steadman is the Senior Research Advisor, Energy and Environmental Research Center, University of North Dakota. His responsibilities at EERC include directing a multidisciplinary team of researchers on a carbon sequestration project which details inventories of CO2 sources, geologic and terrestrial sinks, and sequestration infrastructure; identifying CO2 capture and separation technologies; investigating monitoring, mitigation, and verification technologies and permitting requirements; and defining the most promising opportunities for carbon sequestration in nine states and three Canadian provinces.

Dr. Roulet is Senior Advisor for Schlumberger Carbon Services. He has been with Schlumberger for 28 years, holding several technical and management positions in product development for the oilfield services group. He presently is Vice President of EUROGIF (European Oil & Gas Innovation Forum), Executive Advisor to the President of SWS (Schlumberger Water Services) and SCS (Schlumberger Carbon Services). He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Carbon Management Council. Dr. Roulet graduated from the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris and holds a PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Paris Orsay.
